Community Analysis Report Intro: I began working at Ecole Beaumont* in September 2021 as the Teacher-Librarian (TL). The school community is located in a neighbourhood adjacent to where I live. Although I had a passing knowledge of the community, I am slowly appreciating the nuances of this historically-rich part of Winnipeg. Every day I gain a deeper understanding of the student population and the community composition.
